Ed Miliband visits UK troops in Afghanistan

On a visit to Afghanistan, Ed Miliband said maintaining strong armed forces, was "an absolute commitment".

But he declined to rule out future cuts to the military, saying Labour would have to "look at the strategic needs of the country".

Iain Watson reports.
