The papers: Saturday's front pages
Tony Grew, Parliamentary editor of politicshome.com, and Matthew Syed of the Times reviewed Saturday's newspapers for the BBC News Channel.
The discussion began with a look at the Guardian's front page story which reports a warning by a leading academic that doctors who worry about the safety of the cholesterol-reducing drugs statins may be creating "uncertainty" that could lead to the loss of lives.
Reports in the Times and Daily Mail about the future of the TV licence fee were then examined.
The conversation also took in a Financial Times story about the long working hours culture of bankers and a Daily Telegraph report on the potential introduction of a mansion tax.
