Network Rail faces biggest fine over late trains
Network Rail is facing the biggest fine in its history after failing to ensure that enough trains run on time.
The authority responsible for the UK's rail network is expected to be fined about £70 million for missing punctuality targets.
On Monday, it will give details of its plans for the next five years, which include the largest investment programme since Victorian times.
