Can £38bn investment fix UK rail network?

A five-year plan to improve Britain's railways is getting under way, at a cost of £38bn.

Network Rail says the investment will improve the service for millions of passengers and provide a boost to the economy.

But is it enough to fix one of the most expensive and inefficient services in Europe?
