Anti-fracking protest: Caroline Lucas cleared
The Green MP Caroline Lucas and four other defendants have been cleared of public order offences during an anti-fracking protest in August last year.
Ms Lucas was among a group of protesters who were arrested outside an exploratory drilling site at Balcombe in West Sussex.
Speaking outside Brighton Magistrates' Court, Ms Lucas said protest was the lifeblood of democracy.
