Police urge Rochdale victims to come forward

Police have called for people to come forward if they have evidence of a criminal cover-up over claims of sexual abuse at a school linked to the late Liberal MP Sir Cyril Smith.

Greater Manchester's Chief Constable Sir Peter Fahy said a number of potential new victims and suspects had been identified as a result of their investigation into claims of abuse at the Knowl View school in Rochdale.
