With industrial action affecting the London Underground network, the BBC's Dougal Shaw chronicles his travel woes in video diary.

London has been experiencing another Tube train strike after members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union walked out for 48 hours on Monday night - but how does it affect the average commuter?

BBC News asked Video Journalist Dougal Shaw to keep a video diary of a normal commute to work before the strike began, and another one on the first morning of the strike.
