Constance Briscoe jailed over Chris Huhne speeding points case
A part-time judge Constance Briscoe has been jailed for 16 months after being found guilty of lying to the police.
She was convicted yesterday of perverting the course of justice in connection with the investigation into how the former cabinet minister, Chris Huhne, asked his then wife, Vicky Pryce, to take the points for his speeding conviction.
