Anglia Ruskin 'generous to students'

More than 20,000 students complained to their universities last year, a Freedom of Information request by the BBC has shown.

Anglia Ruskin university received the most complaints and appeals, at 992.

Professor Lesley Dobree, deputy vice-chancellor of the university, said the university had been generous to its students in allowing them to make appeals beyond the cut-off date.
