New travel advice: Passengers charge phones

Passengers flying in or out of the UK need to have their electronic devices in hand luggage sufficiently charged so they to be switched on.

The BBC's Ed Thomas spoke to passengers in Liverpool dealing with the new advice from the Department for Transport.
