The papers: Tuesday's front pages

Economist Ros Altmann and journalist Mihir Bose joined the BBC News Channel to discuss Tuesday's top stories.

They discussed the newspapers' take on the fine handed to the Lloyds Banking Group for an interest rate fixing scandal.

The Times's story on potential extra charges to drive diesel vehicles into central London was also talked about.

And the Scotsman's front page, celebrating Scottish success in the Commonwealth Games was noted.
