The papers: Friday's front pages
Martin Bentham, home affairs editor for London's Evening Standard, and financial analyst Louise Cooper joined the BBC News Channel to review Friday's front pages.
They began with the Guardian's report on the number of people who have been killed or injured in the conflict in Gaza, before looking at the Times's front-page image of Israeli soldiers clearing tunnels built by Hamas to launch attacks across the Israeli border.
The pair then moved on to the Times's lead story about the sum spent by the US and UK rebuilding Afghanistan after more than a decade of conflict. They also discussed a Financial Times story about UK property being bought by companies based in offshore tax havens.
