Shopper snatches back stolen jewellery on an 'impulse'
A brave shopper has described how he managed to foil armed thieves at a jewellery shop in Birmingham.
The raid at Selective Gold on 26 August lasted less than a minute and was captured on the store's CCTV.
The four masked men took thousands of pounds worth of stock - but as they left, customer Graham Tisdale snatched back one the bags, containing jewellery said to be worth £50,000.
He told BBC News: "I think it was instinct - the fact the shopkeeper was so upset his livelihood was going out the door."
