British Muslims condemn IS killing of David Haines

Several of the UK's Muslim leaders have written to the prime minister asking him to lead a movement to stop referring to the militants as Islamic State.

They say they are appalled by the murders being carried out in the name of their religion.

Condemning the murder of David Haines, the president of the Islamic Society of Great Britain, Sughra Ahmed, says the actions of Islamic State are "not in our name and not in our faith".
