Robotic suits helps paralysed man 'walk' at daughter's wedding

A wheelchair user was able to stand up to deliver his speech at his daughter's wedding celebration thanks to a special robotic suit.

Irving Caplan from west London has not been able to use his arms or legs for two years following a cycling accident.

But wearing the ''exoskeleton suit'' he was able to take 30 steps to deliver his speech standing up - a surprise that reduced many wedding guests to tears.

BBC London's Victoria Hollins reports.
