Fears over unlicensed dogs arriving in UK

Since pet transport laws were relaxed almost three years ago there has been an increase in the number of dogs coming to the UK.

While most arrive legally, there are concerns about unlicensed animals getting in.

Experts say young dogs who come here without being properly vaccinated could spread diseases.
