Car tax discs spark obsession for Cobham boy

New rules mean drivers no longer have to display a tax disc on the windscreen of their car.

They will still have to pay, but do not need the paper proof.

However, at least one person will really miss tax discs. Jude Currie is a 12-year-old boy from Cobham in Surrey with an unusual hobby.
