Stephen Fry: 'Huge difference between historic sex crimes and drug abuse'
There is a "huge moral difference" between historic sex and past drug crimes, actor and broadcaster Stephen Fry has said.
"I do personally see a huge moral difference between invading somebody's physical space, raping them, groping them against their will, having sex with them when they're under-age, and me feeding my face with stuff that did me harm," he said.
The award-winning comedian and writer was speaking about his new volume of memoirs, More Fool Me.
He spoke to the BBC's Newsnight's Evan Davis about the book, which is published this week.
