David Cameron visits Camp Bastion troops

Prime Minister David Cameron has been visiting British troops in Camp Bastion in Afghanistan.

He is the first world leader to meet Afghanistan's new government and its President Ashraf Ghani.

Mr Cameron pledged that Britain will continue to fund education and health services in Afghanistan, after the current NATO mission ends later this year.
