Convicted killer who shot five admits making bomb

A man, who killed five people in 1978, has admitted possessing firearms and making an improvised explosive device.

Harry Street, who is 69, changed his name from Barry Williams after he was released from Broadmoor in 1994.

He was convicted in Birmingham Crown Court after being arrested in connection with a long-running dispute with a neighbour.
