David Cameron: 'Moazzam Begg should pass on any intelligence'

David Cameron has urged ex-Guantanamo Bay detainee Moazzam Begg to pass on any intelligence that he has about Islamic State militants behind hostage kidnappings.

Mr Begg, 46, said that he offered to help secure the release of British hostage Alan Henning from Islamic State.

He said he thought he knew who had been holding the aid worker but said the government rejected his offer.
