PM David Cameron: 'We act on Ebola advice'

People arriving from areas of West Africa hit by Ebola will now face "enhanced screening" at Heathrow, Gatwick and Eurostar terminals, after the government announced additional checks to try to stop the disease entering the UK.

Prime Minister David Cameron said ministers were "taking all the steps we can to keep our own people safe here in the UK".

"We listen to the medical advice and we act on that advice", he added.
