Brown: Cameron is "unstatesman-like" over Scottish MPs
Gordon Brown has accused David Cameron of being "unstatesman-like" for suggesting that Scottish MPs should be denied full voting rights on issues that affect only England and Wales.
The government is going to publish a paper outlining proposals for further Scottish devolution.
Extra powers for Scotland were promised in the wake of the "No" vote over independence.
