Motor racing on Coventry's ring road to boost economy

Coventry has taken advantage of a change in the law that allows councils to close roads and lift speed limits in order to transform the ring road into a racing circuit in May.

The council hopes the move will boost the local economy and it is thought other local authorities may follow suit.
