Bury: Where bins are emptied once every three weeks

Bury council has become the first in the country to collect general rubbish every three weeks.

Authorities say the scheme will save £800,000 a year and boost recycling rates but some locals are not happy with this new method.

David Guest met up with one of them to find out why.
