Public donate £4m in first two days of Ebola charity appeal
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) has said a public appeal to help people affected by the Ebola crisis in West Africa has received £4 million in donations in its first two days.
The UK government is to match the first £5 million of donations made.
Justin Forsyth, chief executive of Save the Children, has told the BBC how the money donated helps pay for nurses and doctors on the ground.
