Eleanor de Freitas suicide inquest adjourned
An inquest into the death of a woman, who killed herself days before she was due to stand trial accused of making a false rape claim, has been adjourned.
The director of public prosecutions said she had asked for a "full explanation" about why the decision was taken to prosecute Eleanor de Freitas - who had bipolar disorder.
De Freitas, 23, took her own life in April, after leaving notes saying she was scared of the upcoming court case.
Sarah Campbell reports.
