Owner of rescued dog says thank you

When Jasper the dog went missing on the highest mountain in England last weekend, his owner turned to social media for help.

Thousands helped Adam Nolan online and some even went to Scafell Pike in the Lake District to help look for Jasper themselves.

Mr Nolan told BBC Breakfast that he heard the news on Saturday morning that Jasper had been found.

Shaun Hesmondhalgh, one of the volunteers who helped with the search, explained how the search was conducted and Mr Nolan paid tribute to the search effort.
