Armistice Day ceremonies held around UK
A two-minute silence has been held around the UK to mark the anniversary of the World War One armistice.
A number of ceremonies are also taking place to remember those who died during that war and all conflicts since.
Veterans and dignitaries have gathered at the Tower of London, against the backdrop of an art installation featuring more than 800,000 ceramic poppies.
Services are being held in military bases, churches and schools around the UK, and further afield.
