'Lack of contact with staff' causes prison suicides

A highly critical report on prisons was published on Tuesday. HMP Hewell in Worcestershire is said to be facing real difficulties and significant levels of violence.

Today programme reporter Sima Kotecha spoke to the Chief Inspector of Prisons, Nick Hardwick, about the report.
