Domestic abuse victims 'turned away' over lack of space

Refuges offer a safe haven for people who have suffered from domestic abuse, but a leading charity is warning that refuge centres are having to turn a third of people away because of a lack of space.

Women's Aid say that many have closed due to lack of funds; last night campaigners gathered at vigils to highlight the problem.
