A look at the dizzying world of aerobatic flying

The World Aerobatic Championships will be taking place 600m above earth in South Africa from the 26 November.

Imagine taking a Formula 1 car into the sky and then doing an Olympic diving routine as you plummet to earth, and you will get an idea of what aerobatic flying is like.

The BBC's Mike Bushell has been to visit one British couple who will be going for gold.
