'Cameron's curbs will not stop migrants'

Saira Grant from the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants says David Cameron's curbs on benefits for immigrants will have no effect as most migrants do not come to the UK to receive benefits.

Under his plans, migrants will have to wait four years for certain work benefits.

Ms Grant says there needs to be more investment in infrastructure to help communities cope with immigration.
