Safety charity welcomes Scottish drink-drive reduction

The limit in the rest of the UK remains the joint-highest in Europe.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, Tim Shallcross from road safety charity, Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) said the change sent a simple message: "If you're going to drive, don't drink".
