Air travel woes: 'We had to sleep on the floor'

Airports are returning to normal, apart from a small number of flight cancellations at Heathrow, the day after a computer failure at the UK's air traffic control centre.

But the misery is not over for many passengers whose flights were cancelled or who missed connecting flights.

One traveller told BBC News she had slept on a mattress on the floor after becoming stranded.
