Council service cuts upset rural residents

Council leaders in England are warning that the government's funding settlement for the next financial year will push some to "breaking point".

They are claiming they face an 8.8% cut reduction.

The government insists councils' overall spending power will be reduced by far less.

Mark Easton reports from Milton Keynes.
