The papers: Monday's front pages

Journalist Eva Simpson and Martin Bentham, home affairs editor of London's Evening Standard, reviewed the papers for the BBC News Channel.

They began by discussing the Times's front page, which describes Prime Minister David Cameron "wooing" UKIP by saying he would be "delighted" to hold an early referendum on the UK's continued membership of the EU.

The pair then moved on to the Independent, which reports concerns that political parties are neglecting younger voters in favour of pensioners, and the Guardian's report about the Conservatives attacking Labour's budget plans.
