Charlie Hebdo: UK Muslims call for calm over magazine

Muslim leaders have called on their fellow Muslims to "remain calm and peaceful" with the English edition of Charlie Hebdo is published.

The magazine is expected to go on sale in the UK on Friday,

In an open letter, they said Muslims will be hurt and offended by the magazine but should show restraint.

It comes as the Board of Deputies of British Jews has warned against complacency about what it describes as "the re-emergence of anti-Semitism" over the past year.
