Former MI6 head Sir John Sawers: UK terrorist attack 'highly likely'

The former head of the secret intelligence service has said he believes a successful terrorist attack on the United Kingdom is "highly likely".

Sir John Sawers, who left MI6 in November, also said trust between governments and technology companies had been "shattered" by the revelations from Edward Snowden.
