The papers: Thursday's front pages
Broadcaster Penny Smith and Telegraph columnist Liam Halligan reviewed Thursday's papers for the BBC News Channel.
They began by discussing the Daily Express's lead story suggesting that interest rates will be held at 0.5% for another two years.
The pair then moved on to the Times's front page, which reports SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon's suggestion that the party's MPs could in future vote on laws only affecting England. They also looked at the same paper's report about the ordainment of the Church of England's first woman bishop.
