Victims of crime 'feel ignored'

Police, prosecutors and the courts in England and Wales are still failing to show enough compassion to victims of crime, according to an independent report.

Victims' commissioner Baroness Newlove says many feel ignored, unimportant and confused when raising concerns about their treatment.
