Rescuers save baby after wind blows pram into River Severn

Three men have been praised for their bravery after rescuing a six-month old baby from the River Severn in Shrewsbury.

The girl's pushchair was blown into the water by a gust of wind.

Two of the men jumped into the river to save her while the third stayed on the bank to help his colleagues lift the baby out of the water.

Nadine Towell reports.
