Children's commissioner: 'We must change mindset'

Police forces will be ordered to treat child sexual abuse as a national threat under proposals to be set out by Prime Minister David Cameron.

The announcement coincides with the publication of what is expected to be a critical report into the grooming and abuse of teenage girls by men in Oxfordshire.

Anne Longfield, the new children's commissioner for England, spoke to BBC Breakfast about what she planned to do to tackle the problem.
