Report criticises standard of child social care in England
Some of England's most vulnerable children are not receiving a high enough standard of care according to an Ofsted report.
The watchdog carried out more than 5,000 inspections, and says it found "compelling evidence" that children and young people are often waiting too long for the help they need.
But local authorities say more funding is required.
