Generation 2015 profiles: Caitlin Newby

I'm 22 and from Blyth, Northumberland, famous for offshore wind farms and our giant killing football team Blyth Spartans.

I'm a recent graduate who's moved back up to the North East after having spent three lovely years in Aberystwyth.

At the moment I'm working a gap year so I can afford my masters next year at the University of Glasgow to study city and regional planning with a hope of specialising in sustainable urban design.

I openly admit to being a feminist, humanist and environmentalist so most of the time I get on my parents' nerves.

My biggest concern is climate change so I lobby MP's for Greenpeace. I can't climb any buildings for the cause but I can definitely write a few stern letters.
