Navy receive new uniform for first time since 1945

The Royal Navy has a new uniform for the first time since the end of World War Two.

The navy describes the new darker blue version as "more modern, comfortable and fire retardant".

It replaces the previous attire of light blue shirt and trousers, known as No 4s.

Duncan Kennedy reports.
