World War Two veteran remembers: 'My friend never came home'

As Britain marks VE Day. a veteran of World War Two has been speaking to the BBC's Tim Muffett about his memories of the end of the conflict.

Michael McGrory, 90, travelled to London from Scotland to pay tribute to the comrades in RAF Bomber Command who lost their lives.

''I think back on all these lads, who went out and never came back home again, '' he said.
