Cyclist who dragged toddler pleads guilty

A cyclist who knocked down a toddler and dragged her along a pavement has pleaded guilty to dangerous cycling.

Andrew Holland, who is 24 and from Blackpool, collided with three-year-old Lucie Wilding as she stepped out of her family's front gate.
