Theresa May: UK faces 'unprecedented threat' from extremism

The UK faces an "unprecedented threat" from extremism the home secretary has warned, as the prime minister prepared to announce new counter-terrorism measures.

Speaking to the BBC, Theresa May said it was vital to work with community groups in order to "promote mainstream voices" and "build cohesive communities".
