Will new UN backed government stabilise Libya?

The Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has made a surprise visit to Libya where he announced £10m of support for the new UN backed government.

There are fears the so-called Islamic State group could benefit from instability in the country after establishing a foothold in Colonel Gaddafi's hometown of Sirte.
